Winning stories and art work will be chosen by majority vote from our editors at large. Notwithstanding payment of prize money, authors and artists retain all rights to their work. Mezzo publications acquire exclusive electronic rights for only a period of three months. We will archive accepted stories online for one year, on a non-exclusive basis.
